1

Submit Your Notice

Send a detailed DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent via the contact information provided below. Include all required elements: identification of copyrighted work, infringing URL, your contact details, and the required legal statements.

2

Initial Review (24-48 Hours)

3

Action & Notification

If the notice is valid, we take appropriate action which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content. The affected party is notified and provided with information about filing a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was made in error.

4

Counter-Notification (Optional)

The affected party may file a counter-notification if they believe the content was removed in error or was misidentified. Counter-notifications must include required legal statements and are processed according to DMCA Section 512(g) procedures.

5

Resolution

Following the DMCA process, content remains removed unless a valid counter-notification is filed and the original complainant does not file a court action within 10-14 business days. All parties are notified of the final resolution.
